"World Outreach Center is BIG enough to MAKE a DIFFERENCE and SMALL enough to KNOW the DIFFERENCE."

What is a Small Group?
A place to build relationships with real people. To share joys or problems in an open honest way.
A way to grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ and to become a leader of influence.
A tool to fulfill the Great Commission by bringing new people into an atmosphere of love and acceptance.
A decision to multiply into other groups and spread the net into all of North Central Alabama.

When and Where Do Small Groups Meet?
Groups meet once a week in homes, businesses, restaurants, or even at the church. The groups change and begin three times a year, so you have the opportunity to try out different ones. You'll never fully experience all that WOC has to offer until you connect in a small group!

"Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ." - Acts 5:42

What are the Groups About?

Our groups are as varied as we are; group leaders use their gifts and passions to create a group that allows others to join with them in serving God. Whatever your age or interest -- Bible study, cooking, prayer, missions, running, you name it -- we've got a group that's just right for you, and they meet all over the city.

When Can I Join One?
New groups start three times a year - spring, summer, and fall semester. Most groups are open to new members throughout the semester. Find a group, contact the leader, and get going!
